Trainings & Consultation hours
The u:cris team is happy to support you with questions about u:cris and the u:cris portal. To facilitate the introduction to the system and to be able to discuss concrete examples directly, we offer training courses for various target groups as well as a regular online consultation hour.
Training sessions are held on an ongoing basis in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition and Development unit and the Center for Doctoral Studies. Details can be found in our calendar.

The u:cris consultation hour offers the opportunity to clarify complex or detailed questions directly with members of the department. You can register for a consultation in our u:cris wiki.
We help with questions about
- how to edit your own u:cris profile and how it is presented in the portal
- missing information or uncertainties in data entry
- complicated publication data sets
- choosing the right template
- personal system and filter settings
- data export
and all other questions regarding u:cris that you would like to discuss with us in person, via screensharing or chat!
